- Increased Capacity: We are pleased to announce that our new 50,000 Sq. Ft. fabrication facility construction is completed! Our new facility offers the following:
- 40,000 Sq. Ft. fabrication space, 10,000 Sq. Ft. office space, 30 Ft. under the hook and 20-ton capacity
- Dedicated FAT conference rooms with video conferencing & internet access
- Secure loading area for truck shipments
- Increased capacity and expanded capabilities for tanks and large assemblies which would include: CIP tanks, large tank skids, depth filter skids, WFI skids, bio-reactor vessels, tempering skids, fermenter vessels and bio-waste decontamination skids (ABC-Actini LLC)
- State-of-the-art FAT utilities including: oil free compressed air, RO/DI water, Clean Steam, Nitrogen, Helium, Argon
- State-of-the-art equipment including: material handling equipment (bridge cranes up through 20-ton capacity each), welding equipment (gas tungsten arc & gas metal arc, orbital welders, welding and grinding positioners/manipulators, automated seam welder), automated polishing equipment, forming and cutting equipment (straight & cirle shearing, 75 ton press, hydraulic tube bender, press break, rolls capable of 3/4 inch stainless steel plate), positive material identification equipment and testing & inspection equipment (borescopes, portable ultrasonic test units, ferritscope, surface profilometers, liquid penetrant testing equipment, portable CMM, linear measurement tools and guages, dedicated customer FAT utilities)
- Code/Certification Capabilities: ASME, section VIII-Division 1, NBIC Repairs/Alterations, CE/ PED, CRN, GMP, ASME BPE, Singapore MOM
- Materials including: stainless steel and other nickel based alloys

Trained and experienced in software logic generation and programming of: Delta V Hardware & troubleshooting, Programming a PLC-5 Processors Using RSLogix 5 software, Allen-Bradley-CCPS43, RSLogix 5000 ControlLogix, Siemens, Fieldbus, Devicenet, remote I/O, Profibus and ethernet.
