Controls & Automation:

Our engineers are trained and experienced in programming all Allen-Bradley programmable logic controllers.

We are also experienced in programming the Allen-Bradley Panelview® and Panelview Plus® touch screen displays.

Programming can also be done on most other specified controller platforms like DeltaV and Siemens.

Various network communications are available to include devicenet, remote I/O, foundation fieldbus, profibus, and Ethernet.

Electrical Engineering:

The electrical department utilizes AutoCAD to provide electrical schematics and point to point wiring diagrams that accurately represent the system design. 2D Fabrication drawings are provided of:

• Electrical equipment enclosure
• Location of major electrical equipment
• Junction boxes
• Panels & motors

Drafting:

AutoCAD - Allegheny Bradford utilizes the latest versions of AutoCAD for all of its 2D layouts and has added many customized menus, templates and blocks to aid in reducing drawing creation times of our standard layouts for heat exchangers,  housings and tanks.  All of our drawings are supplied with a bill of materials and a weld log that can be customized to meet our customer’s requests.
