Audit. Elevate Quality.<\/strong><br \/>\nAllegheny Bradford Corporation is hiring a <strong>Document Control Coordinator<\/strong> to support and strengthen our Quality Management System. This critical role ensures that the documentation and training systems across all business units remain accurate, organized, and audit-ready. If you&#8217;re detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about quality \u2014 join us and help keep our operations running at the highest standards.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In this role, you\u2019ll work closely with the Director of Quality to manage controlled documents, training records, and quality logs, while also supporting internal audits and regulatory compliance. You\u2019ll play a key role in maintaining and improving documentation systems that are vital to our commitment to quality and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the lifecycle of controlled documents and training records using internal software systems.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate document reviews, revisions, distributions, and training assignments.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and scan Material Test Reports (MTRs), Hydro and Passivation Logs, and incoming inspection records.<\/li>\n<li>Support the pre-validation process by collecting and preparing documentation for final turnover packages.<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain Employee Development Plans (EDPs) and related reports.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct internal audits and assist during external audits to ensure compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with all departments on quality procedures, plans, and documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Identify nonconformance areas and provide recommendations to leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in continuous improvement efforts and quality initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with document retention activities including scanning, logging, and shredding.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure alignment with company goals and the Quality Management System (QMS).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You Bring<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Diploma required; four-year degree or equivalent experience preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with QMS standards and continuous improvement tools.<\/li>\n<li>ASQ certifications (CQIA, CQI, etc.) preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational, analytical, and technical writing skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Microsoft Dynamic AX and database tools.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with quality control methods and the ability to read engineering drawings.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and teamwork skills; comfortable interfacing with all departments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Work Schedule<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Monday\u2013Friday | 7:00 AM \u2013 3:30 PM<br \/>\n<em>Extended hours or weekend work may be required based on project needs.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At Allegheny Bradford, we know our people are the backbone of our operation.
